By accessing or using the Wishbone website at getwishbone.io or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Service. Wishbone, Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Wishbone provides a platform that enables credit cardholders to convert idle rewards points into charitable donations to university athletic foundations, and facilitates the corresponding crediting of athletic priority points. The Service is currently in a pre-launch partnership phase.

The Service is intended for use by adults 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Submitting a contact form or joining a waitlist on the Service does not create a binding contract or guarantee of partnership, enrollment, or service delivery. Wishbone will follow up at its discretion.

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Wishbone, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WISHBONE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WISHBONE, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Wishbone has no control over those sites and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
